I decided to declare this month a “Raw Vegan Month”, so all this month’s recipes will be raw vegan. After the cheese cake I will tell you about my favorite: chocolate. Simple and healthy, this recipe will be good for you and your kids. I know, because my son loves chocolate.
- 25 ml cocoa butter
- 25 ml maple syrup
- 15 g cocoa powder
- a hand full of nuts (cashew, almonds,walnuts)
Place a sheet of baking paper on a flat oven tray. In a small bowl (on top of a big bowl with boiling water) add all ingredients and stir thoroughly with a spatula making sure to squash out any clumps of cocoa. Pour the chocolate onto the middle of the baking paper, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
