In fitness a strong body core is often talked about but we also benefit from a strong mental core and sometimes we may find ourselves floundering a bit when we realise something is missing from our lives but we don’t quite know what it is. I believe that missing piece is our spiritual need, regardless of whether we have a religion we follow or not.
One point I must make is that I follow no named religion and have not written this to preach or turn anyone away from what they believe in already. My musings are to spark ideas and give tools to those who want to enrich their lives. It is for those who wonder and have a curiosity but don’t know where to start.
I respect all religions and the right of anyone to believe in what or whom they wish as long as they harm no other or themselves.
